Returns
Our main goal is your satisfaction with the products you have purchased in our online shop. We know that it is not always easy to correctly assess the size or colour of an item when purchasing from the webshop.
For this reason, we offer an exchange or refund within 30 days after delivery of the parcel.
Procedure for returning or exchanging items:
Only undamaged, unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned.
Carefully fill in the return form enclosed with the invoice. If you cannot find it, write to the chat room and it will be sent to you.
Send the goods to be returned or exchanged, along with your completed return form and a copy of your invoice, to the following address:
If you return the goods in person, the amount for the returned goods will be transferred to the bank account you have specified.
If sending by post, please package the returns in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.
If you are mailing, please enter your account number on the return form so that we can refund you when you return the item. When exchanging an item, also provide your account number in case the item to be exchanged is out of stock and we need to make a refund.
The costs of returning the goods to the warehouse are to be borne by the buyer
Do not send the goods by cash on delivery. C.O.D. parcels are not accepted.
The exchange will be made within a few working days after receipt of the returned parcel in our shop.
It is always better to call the shop as soon as you find a wrong colour or size and reserve the item you want to exchange it for as soon as possible. It is impossible for an item to be out of stock.
