The Mason JR Jacket is a technical shell jacket in 2-layer fabric developed to be a complete and flexible ski jacket for young skiers who ride in all weathers and where you choose second layers based on conditions and own preferences. The shell jacket’s inherent versatility makes it also a fantastic all-round jacket, perfect for all forms of outdoor activities. The outer material is water and windproof durAtec Extreme® with high breathability, responsibly made from 100% recycled polyester. The comfortable inner lining is light and supple, and also done with a sustainability focus since it is dyed with e.dye®, a method where water is not needed as with traditional dyeing. The flexibility goes all the way also in the details, with zippers under the sleeves that allow extra ventilation when needed and a roomy storm hood that easily can be removed. Adjustment is done with drawstrings (does not apply to sizes 120-130 for safety reasons). Additional design solutions are the fleece-lined collar that provides protection against the neck, and the integrated 3D mesh panel on the inside of the back that contributes to increased ventilation and moisture transport. Cold wind and snow are shut out with the stretchy snowgaiter at the waist, drawstring at the bottom hem and velcro straps at the sleeve ends. All zippers are waterproof, from leading YKK®, and equipped with long, easy-grip pullers in a contrasting colour. The profiling consists of a sporty rubber badge at the sleeve, our iconic “8” in metal on the chest and a logo embroidery on the sleeve strap.
